Settle in for an unforgettable evening in the Swan Valley as RiverBank Estate presents Wine & Food Degustation - Into The Wilds of French Flavour: a gourmet journey through France's most beloved regions, reimagined in Australian wine country.

On Saturday, 18 July 2026, from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, guests will be treated to a decadent six-course French degustation, each course inspired by a different region - from sun-drenched Provence, with its lavender fields and Mediterranean charm, to the elegant Loire Valley, known for its fairytale châteaux and garden-fresh cuisine; from the powerful reds and grand estates of Bordeaux to the spice-laden dishes and dramatic river landscapes of the Rhône, finishing in Languedoc-Roussillon, where rustic coastal villages, vineyards and wild garrigue herbs meet the sea.



Each dish is a beloved regional classic, expertly reimagined by RiverBank's chefs and paired with an Australian-made, French-inspired wine that celebrates RiverBank's heritage. Expect plates that evoke Provence's coastal brightness, the Loire's delicate freshness, Bordeaux's depth and structure, the Rhône's warmth and spice, and Languedoc-Roussillon's rustic heart - all matched with wines that bring each region's character vividly to life in your glass.
