Training wheels on bike

Wanting to get our daughter who will be 2.5 in December a bike with trainer wheels.... Is it worth spending the money at a bike shop or just a cheap kmart / target one? How long do they really use it for?
Note : she's taller and bigger than the average 2 year old.

So confused with options. Help 😍
