Soaking in sweat

Hi mums,
I'm needing help/advice as doctors have no real answers after tests.
I wake up in the middle of the night soaking in sweat most nights and it's not because I'm too hot. It stopped for a little while but has come back. It's driving me insane. It's not early menopause either apparently. I'm 33 and all bloods came back ok. I do have mild anxiety sometimes but it even happens on nights I'm totally fine. Any advice would be great as I'm washing sheets everyday lately.
