How to put her back to her normal sleep cycle?

Hi everyone,

I have a 10 month old beautiful girl who has been a very good sleeper till now. Nd now suddenly from the last 3 days, she wakes up at around mid night, then starts playing and does not go back to sleep for like 2 hours. She has a bit of runny nose but other wise seems fine..please suggest me to what I am doing wrong or anything to help her go back to her normal sleep cycle.
