My fiance and I have decided to split suddenly and we have a (just turned) 3 year old son.

Being the weekend all legal support lines are shut to consult with - HELP!

I have no idea where to start with:

1) what rights do I have to custody? He wants 50/50 even though his hours don't support daycare and he goes to the gym daily which he couldn't do. My preference would be every second weekend he gets him. Is this achievable.

2) What child support payments am I entitled to from his dads salary? Otherwise I am going to be broke!
